Dr Paige Williams helps leaders get out of their own way. A researcher, senior leader, and trusted advisor, she blends positive psychology, systems thinking, and leadership science to help leaders unlock their potential and create thriving cultures.

​With a PhD in Organisational Behaviour and over 30 years’ experience across education, government, and corporate sectors, Paige empowers leaders to lead from the inside out. She’s the author of The Leader’s Ecosystem, Becoming Antifragile, and Own It!, and her work inspires meaningful, sustainable change in leadership and culture.

The conference links to the priorities in Our Plan for NSW Public Education, in particular - Strengthening student wellbeing and development. This year the cost of the conference has been reduced to align with recent budget adjustments.
