With a PhD in Organisational Behaviour and over 30 years’ experience across education, government, and corporate sectors, Paige empowers leaders to lead from the inside out. She’s the author of The Leader’s Ecosystem, Becoming Antifragile, and Own It!, and her work inspires meaningful, sustainable change in leadership and culture.
