ASPIRE Alliance
About ASPIRE AllianceThe PEN ASPIRE Alliance is a well-established mentoring program that has been running successfully across our networks for the past eight years. It offers a valuable opportunity for teachers aspiring to school leadership to be mentored by experienced executive staff.
We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Assistant Principals and Deputy Principals who are interested in serving as ASPIRE Alliance mentors. Teachers who wish to join the program as mentees are also invited to submit an Expression of Interest, with the endorsement of their principal.
The program includes a Mentor Training Day, a Mentor and Mentee Introductory Meeting, a 15-Week Mentoring Program, a Mid-Project Informal Check-In, and concludes with a Celebration, Sharing, Reflection, and Evaluation Afternoon.
The ASPIRE Alliance has a strong track record of success in developing leadership capacity and density within our Metropolitan South networks, with many participants achieving their professional growth and leadership goals.
