Mentor: Are you an experienced executive in the Ultimo Operational Directorate who would like to mentor an aspiring leader?
Mentee: Are you an aspiring leader in the Ultimo Operational Directorate who would like to be mentored by an experienced executive?


ASPIRE Alliance dates for the 2024:

• May - Mentor Training Day via Zoom (9am-2pm)
• May - Mentor/Mentee First Meeting via Zoom (2-4pm)
• The 15 Week Project - Weekly meetings with mentee (Phone, Zoom or Face to Face)
• June - The Informal Mid-Project Mentor and Mentee Meeting (1-4pm)
• September - Celebration, Sharing, Reflection and Evaluation Meeting (1-4pm)
